My parents have been hear for 2 years and they just love it! The staff is great and the receptionist Debbie is the sweetest and most helpful person. The director Nicole does an amazing job along with all the staff here. Very clean and well kept they care about the residents here. Highly recommend this place for your loved one

AHC is a very nice, clean and caring facility. Marjone makes the place run. Their best RCN’s are Maria and Lenore. The Nurses Dan and Irma are great too. Unfortunately the others seem to turn over more often. But my mother is very happy to be here. They take very good care of all. There has to be a special place in heaven for those who care for our older generations.
The most amazing place to have a parent day. All the members of the staff are amazing and always have a personal touch with everything that they do to help support your parents. So very happy with American house Cedar Lake, the staff and all of the residents! Truly, a wonderful place
Great place for Mom. I'm glad we found this place. The staff is very nice. Place is clean and safe. Lots of activities. Plus, for independent living, you have options for provided meals which is really nice and uncommon for Independent living. AND the food is good! So far, so good here!!!
American House Cedar Lake was my choice for my sister after visiting and researching several other facilities. We’ve been here 2 years. The staff is extremely helpful, the facility is extremely clean and bright. There are daily activities as well as transportation for outside activities.
