My/our experiences with the Lichtblick nursing service have been extremely good since 2016. Everything was always made possible. Every form of support is available with staff who are always friendly and in a good mood. It's noticeable that you enjoy your work, which was also evident at the Christmas party on Saturday. The Lichtblick Grasellenbach nursing service has been providing me with excellent care for 2.5 years now. Ms. Merk always has an open ear for me and takes very good care of my concerns. If I need help outside of the scheduled appointments, a nurse will be with me within a very short time. The employees are all very nice and professional. They always take time for a short chat. Thank you for that. If I ever have a mental slump, they always pick me up. I can only recommend the Lichtblick nursing service and hope that I will be looked after by them for a long time to come. Everything really fits there. Thank you again for that.
A great service. Every employee makes every effort to care for each patient in the best possible way. A top Christmas party which was arranged with a lot of love for detail and every single one was taken care of very well. In addition, everyone in this company is aware of their responsibility and does everything they can to implement this in the best possible way.
With the nursing service Lichtblick, I found extraordinary care and advice. When it comes to nursing services, it is anything but self-evident to receive such intensive care. Ms. Merk and the employees have enormous knowledge of their training. What I particularly like is that time is taken for the patient and you are not simply dismissed.
