Nice employees, actually. They don't handle the keys carefully. After losing the key, the company refuses to pay for a new locking system because it's already installed. The company doesn't care whether you'll still feel safe in your own home. All businesses of this type are required to carry liability insurance. If this company refuses to report the case to the insurance company... who knows if they're covered!!?? So I can't recommend the company; this kind of handling of keys and your family members is unacceptable.
An extremely friendly team that works with a lot of heart and commitment. This is how it should be and no other way. Many other care services should learn a lesson here. The bosses and employees deserve great praise. Everyone stay as you are.
