Amberlin is a very nice community. The apartments as well as the common areas are lovely with nice decor. We felt so welcomed when we visited that we were ready to move in right away. Unfortunately, we need to wait to sell our house, but when we do we'll go right to Amberlin. Nancy was wonderful to work with and she helped us so much as well as Don and Lynn, residents who showed us around and answered our questions while we were there.

When this 55+ apartment complex was coming to Queen Creek Az, I immediately told my mother about it. She called & was taken on a tour of 2 other Sparrow Living complex’s & fell in love with the atmosphere of what they are about. Fast forward to a year later, the new QC complex was built & she moved it. What a beautiful place it is! From the moment you want in, you are greeted by the friendly staff, beautifully decorated lobby, sitting/visiting area & bistro areas and friendly residents that are out & about. This place is all about community, building long lasting friendships, feeling comfortable & safe in your home & active living. All I can say is that I haven’t seen my mother this happy in a very long time. She stays as active as she wants to be, playing cards, board games, participating in the many other social activities that are planned by the staff. I can’t say enough good things about this place.
Amberlin is an exceptional 55+ community with an exceptional staff and world class Maintenance/Cleaning personnel...Many activities to keep the mind, body & soul in a great working condition. Lots of fun at Social Events meeting new people and making friends who eventually become Family. Even though Amberlin is fairly new, there are still issues that hopefully can be worked out. My Wife and I LOVE to call Amberlin our Home!!!!
I have been living at Amberlin Queen Creek since December 2024. This decision was made very easy by the fact that Sparrow Living placed a convenient hold on my new apartment selection since July 2024 for a small application fee and security deposit. The security deposit is refundable pending condition at move out. To exit my old lease early would have cost me $3.4k, which is outlandish, but business as usual in the rental world. With that being said, my initial contact in July with Nancy Ehrhart was cordial, no pressure, and a desire to find me a suitable apartment home to live in. Upon moving in the leasing staff, Andrea, Brenda, Nancy and Tegan, have been very communicative, attentive to me and fellow residents for customer service, resident comfort and security. Overall, my impression of the staff is professional, attentive to matters, quality of resident gatherings, and their commitment to respectfulness of all residents. The quality of interior features in my new apartment is very appealing; bedroom, plenty of closet space, small functional office, plank floors, kitchen countertops and full sized appliances. Any minor walk through items were promptly addressed by the maintenance staff. The common areas are clean and ideal for many gatherings, workouts, group activities. The price point for cable/Wi-Fi, valet, etc. is inexpensive. I reached out to Tegan just recently because I mistakenly installed the wrong Wi-Fi user and password. This mistake caused me buffering delays and became very frustrating for me. After contacting the Cox representative, Tegan came over to my apartment and spent over an hour with me setting up the connectivity properly. Now I am streaming through my laptop and other technical toys with ease and speed. That is service above and beyond!!! Residents here are very friendly, and their pets are too, they are respectful, don’t drive through the parking lot like it’s the autobahn, grounds are very appealing, community garden is amazing, I could go on and on about the quality I have experienced here. Happy to call this my new home.
Amberlin 55+ is a very welcoming community with an awesome staff of leasing agents, maintenance/cleaning crew and management personnel. Tegan Bradford (Assistant Manager) was also very instrumental in coordinating with IT technicians to assist with issues with computer connectivity. Thank you!
