My Father-in-Law was in Nobles for a few weeks. The care was awesome, and the therapy was great. He was treated very well, and I would recommend this facility to anyone. Follow up services are also excellent since he has come home. Overall, the Altercare Corp is a fantastic organization. Thanks for Everything!!!

Having been a visitor to many rehabilitation and nursing facilities; this is the first time I’ve been compelled to write a review. A dear friend was there for a few weeks post open heart surgery. The ‘personality’ of this place just shines from the start with the friendly, helpful and caring staff. From administration right through the staff. Supportive PT and OT helped him make the progress he needed to go home on his own. Call lights were promptly responded to and dietary worked with every meal to encourage needed nutrition. Nobles Pond does a wonderful job and I just wanted you to know- it’s an excellent choice for rehabilitation.
My father had an accident which required spinal surgery. He was at Edwin Shaw and Aultman Woodlawn and finally at Nobles Pond. The therapy at Nobles Pond was superior to anywhere he was on his journey to recovering. He ultimately returned home and received home care from Altercare Home Health. He has been able to return to functioning pre-injury. He would not have been able to do this with out Nobles Pond's therapy and Altercares Home Health. I would highly recommend them.
Odd that many 5 star reviews are by their own employees... 9/21 : Dirty rooms. Haven't seen housekeeping in weeks... 9/7/23: Nursing assistants do everything except give meds. They are wonderful and greatly understaffed. Call lights go unanswered while some chat in the hallway because it isn't their job and I'm not talking about the assistants.... Every visit, I spend a lot of my time cleaning the room. 8/23: I have to edit this review from a few days ago. The majority of the nursing assistants are awesome. These assistants do their job above and beyond! They need to pay them a lot more!! Nurses...not so much. One said when coming to give meds and patient on bedpan that it wasn't her job to take it and refused, left the room. Ended up spilling contents in bed. It's called take care of your patients' needs and teamwork. I have worked at a hospital for over 20 years, and I can't believe some of the things I have seen here. There are a few that have been kind. There are maybe 2 that need to be retrained or have the simple life lesson of "if this was you laying in this bed, how would you want to be treated"...and proper training on using a hoyer. When I see the hoyer is only held up by the bed because it fell to its side due to inexperience, it makes me mad! 7/25/23: At first, it really wasn't a bad place to have my family member at. Lately, the care and quality have gone downhill. Please check on your family members to see that their basic needs are met, like brushing their teeth, bathing, and not sitting in soiled briefs. Got a call from another family that call light had been on for quite a while, close to 40 minutes, and the patient finally had to use their diaper. Many apologies have been given the past few weeks due to staff shortage. This has been an excuse for the past month. It's time to pay better and get rid of the few that love to hide. This is serious of a shortage, and they are burning out the few good nursing assistants left.....
I’ve worked at many facilities and I have found the care and cleanliness at Nobles Pond to be superior. The administration goes above and beyond to help their employees and the residents. They have many fun activities and social gatherings that when you see the smiles on the residents faces show you how much they love being there.
