In December 2022, the Elisabeth Nursing Home made the impossible possible and took in first my mother and then my father at short notice. We were in a precarious situation, and it was truly a lifesaver. My parents were in the Elisabeth Nursing Home until May 2025 and were doing well. Although not all of the nurses speak good German, I still give them 5 stars because heart and professional competence count more than language skills.
Shocking ignorance or even no knowledge of care, old people without rights, lack of empathy, a sad picture of the helplessness of people
After my mother was in the home for 9 years, there were ups and downs. Unfortunately, the current home management doesn't work at all. Zero heart
No competence in terms of care, handling or anything similar. The tone towards older people is usually rough and you never have an open ear for the residents.
