Thank you for the loving care of my mother, who was able to spend her final years here. The staff was always very friendly and tried to make everything possible. I fondly remember her last birthday, which we celebrated at Café Rosenhöhe.
We cannot understand the negative reviews at all. It is looked after impeccably and lovingly, my boss's father enjoys being there and is absolutely satisfied. The staff is friendly and everything is done meticulously and if you have any questions, they always get in touch immediately so that everything can be clarified. The costs are reasonable, the pocket money account is meticulously accounted for and everything is documented. The clothes are very well cared for and the residents are all immaculately looked after. Rarely have I seen such a beautiful home. There is nothing negative at all, on the contrary we can only report good things since the 2.5 years he has been there.

I, too, don't understand the negative reviews. From the uncomplicated, very friendly registration/admission process to the care and support provided: everyone is caring, helpful, and friendly. In the assisted living area, regular outings to Obernburg, to Löwer Mömlingen's "Minipark," to the cafe, etc., are organized to offer the residents a variety of activities. Today, we're baking waffles together. My mother-in-law/mother is even allowed to participate in a cooking group. We are truly very satisfied!
