A nursing home that is very family run. In contrast to the large homes, everyone here knows everyone, the nursing staff are committed and there is a lot of celebration and singing at the cultural events. You get the impression that everyone feels comfortable and enjoys living there. The support staff are highly committed and the management is always approachable and lends a hand when there are bottlenecks.

Impossible.....At first everything is fine until everything is sorted out, then unfriendly nurses and unfriendly home management. If you have any concerns or questions, no one feels responsible. You don't get a timely notice if something has happened and even if your relative has died, you don't get a chance to say goodbye, let alone condolence. Since it is a Christian house, it is very sad that no Christian rituals are carried out. No privacy with your relatives, not even in the room, not even when they are dying.
Money was stolen from my relative in this nursing home. The person in charge took no action to investigate the case. No police were informed by the nursing home to take up the case. The management of the nursing home has also not reacted on its own initiative and has not yet settled the damage. Of course she doubts the theft.
