There is one of my absolute favorite CNA's Q who I found out they let go(which is the case alot here!)😪He was always uplifting to his patients and he did a fantastic job!I am truly sad that he isn't here because he used to check in with me and ask me if I was ok when he saw me down &would play games with us&had me laughing soo hard my cheeks hurt&that is sooo needed here!Anyone lucky enough to have him as an employee would be so lucky(he's one in a million!)hee had cute nicknames and I will miss hearing mine&yelling Q-WELL back at him! I miss his care, compassion &ability to make residents smile&laughing!I hope that he can come back,it's just not the same without him!😞miss him soo much!

My father has been a resident of this facility just over a year, I was very nervous at first, but, upon arriving the CNA's went above and beyond for myself and my dad to ensure his comfort. An aid name "Q" inparticular was my saving grace. When I first met him, I knew, when he was working I didn't have to worry about my dad being taken care of. He was always informative regarding updates of my father. During lunch or dinner time he would be among the other aids passing out meals and interacting with all the residents, whether it was singing, dancing with them, talking about sports. He genuinely cares about these people AND their families. I don't have a negative thing to say about any of the staff, neither nurses or aids, especially Q. He is mine and my dad's favorite staff member.
My mom was in this facility for two weeks and it might be the worst nursing home I've been in. No one is ever present at the front desk to monitor the front door. It's dirty, the walls in the hallway have drywall patching on them but have not been painted. The food smells awful, I cannot imagine what it tastes like. My mom was there for 2 weeks and not once did anyone reach out to me as POA to discuss a care plan, laundry, anything. No one even told me that she was ready to be discharged. I literally never spoke to one person there but a therapist one time when I called her (and who is not even an allure employee).
Every time I visit my Dad I am impressed by how kind the staff are, how they engage the residents in conversation and joke around with them. I follow them on FB and see how many activities and special events they have for the residents and am thankful that my Dad is well cared for. The only negative is how many of his personal belongings and clothing items have ‘disappeared’, which according to other residents, is not uncommon. 🙁 Overall, though, I am very thankful for the staff and all of the hard work they do to make sure our loved ones are looked after.
The facility was very clean everybody was very friendly they got my brother out fast I am impressed thank you
