Our mother/mother-in-law has been in this very beautiful and pleasant senior residence for over 2 weeks now. The reception went off without any problems, and a special mention should be made of all the hard-working helpers, who all introduced themselves personally. In your room there was a small welcome gift and a beautiful bouquet of flowers. Mom felt very comfortable as soon as she arrived in the car park, the light sandstone and the well-kept green areas were the icing on the cake. What is striking is the cleanliness in all rooms. Even after 2 weeks, our enthusiasm remained. Mom settled in very well and made friends. She feels very comfortable and gets along very well with all the helpers in the house. Communication with the administration runs quickly and smoothly, whether by email or telephone. Our questions were explained in detail and very importantly: understandably (!). If you are looking for a nice nursing home for a person with dementia, you should contact us here. Thank you dear employees of the Alloheim senior residence "In der Alten Mälzerei" for giving your all, always having a smile on your face and taking care of order, cleanliness and hygiene. Absolutely NO recommendation if you are looking for a care place for your relatives +++ Warning about understaffing, high fluctuation, unempathetic employees & absent management +++ If you still want to visit the home to view it, pay attention to the smoking house for the employees in the garden at the back on the left as well as the closed cafeteria and the missing kiosk etc. +++ The alleged coffee terrace is just as non-existent even during the summer months as is the cozy, family atmosphere; Unfortunately, all of this can only be found in the internet description +++ Significant quality deficits (!!!) can also be seen under pflegelotse +++ It's a shame about the otherwise beautiful house in a good location PS: Wouldn't a competent residence management have higher quality standards with regard to the "outside terrace"? However, if this refers to the unkempt collection of patio furniture - which is neither used, operated nor cleaned for the residents by the facility itself - then all reviews may be correct and the so-called terrace unfortunately does not become any more inviting...
It's a nice way to work together, like everywhere else, things don't always go perfectly and it depends on the day. But at the end of the day, the focus is always on the residents and, despite illness or other illnesses, you will leave the facility every day with a happy face because you have done well together as a team.
With my interdisciplinary team of therapists, I provide the Alloheim "In der alten Malzerei" as an external service provider in the field of physiotherapy and occupational therapy and am happy to give the full number of stars for the benefit of our patients. Arrangements at management level can be made quickly, very friendly and uncomplicated - and are implemented smoothly throughout the entire building, which enables the residents to receive professional, therapeutic care. In the spirit of a "large" interdisciplinary team that wants the best for the residents, I am very satisfied with "the old malthouse" from a therapeutic perspective and hope for further great and constructive years together. I am very happy to write this review on behalf of my aunt: They looked after my uncle very well, the staff took great care of him and always had an open ear. The communication with us family members was absolutely top.
