Cool
I would like to share my experience at Alloheim, which is very disappointing. The conditions under which the employees work are catastrophic. The workforce is treated like dirt and there is an acute shortage of staff. Everyone is working to the limit, which leads to quick and impersonal processing. I'm glad I quit because the working conditions are anything but clean and tidy. The rooms are dirty, and this is also reflected in the well-being of the residents. The management of the house is a disaster and it is hard to imagine working under these conditions. I can only advise anyone not to take overtime or work there. Not only is it tiring, but it is also frustrating and unprofessional.
This home is absolutely amazing. After my seriously ill husband's two-week stay, I had to have him taken to the university hospital because he was barely responsive. It was simply too late to react. The hygienic conditions are unacceptable. Some of the nursing staff are incompetent and not competent. Never pour Alloheim again. Attached is a photo of the guest toilet.
Because unfortunately I have to give 1 star to write a review and even that is too much. Although you could leave it there for one or two employees. I work in a nursing home myself and was horrified by the conditions and how the residents were treated. I visited a friend there and helped a little. One or two employees are still quite nice, but there are employees who pester visitors with questions. Who you are? Where do you come from? What you do here... Etc.pp. The beds and mattresses are extremely bad and totally worn out. The dirty laundry had been collected in the room for weeks and not even put into the bags provided. So the smell in the room really wasn't good. And the resident is then complained that the room stinks. After 4 weeks, she was picked up thanks to the help of a nurse. As soon as you ring the bell because you need help because you've dropped something and you can't pick it up yourself, you get the rude answer: grow longer arms. Carrying out a transfer with aids that the resident is absolutely not allowed to use. Thank God nothing happened since he was able to communicate this. Showering is a foreign concept if you're lucky once a month. A TV report at the time said that these scenes did not correspond to reality and were taken out of the situation. I'm really sorry, but what I experienced there during a short visit was unfortunately very close to this description. It would make sense to train the employees a little more on aids (e.g. standing aids), dealing with people, hygiene and the visual image of the residents' rooms. And if necessary, point out again that the focus is on the residents and not on permanent smoking, as this appears to be the staff's top priority.
Super satisfied, communication worked smoothly, as did the reception of relatives. Everything is explained to you and the interaction is friendly, courteous and yet professional.
