Very nice, well-kept retirement home in the center of Völklingen. Cleanliness is very important and when you enter you have the impression of entering a hotel rather than a retirement facility. The operator has come up with a great concept here. The employees I had contact with were all very competent and customer-oriented. This started at the reception. In the heat we were immediately asked for a drink. Here people also pay attention to the residents. Drink intake is constantly pointed out. Beautiful house where I could imagine growing old.

My mother was in short-term care at the Alloheim for 2 weeks after hip surgery. I was pleasantly surprised, as was my mother. The entire staff was very nice, especially towards the residents. They offered games and gymnastics times, even a manicure was offered. The room was nicely designed and clean. After these 2 weeks I can say thumbs up.
I made this house attractive to my brother because he refused to go to a nursing home... I am pleasantly surprised and he has settled in really well... Friendly staff... Staff who make an effort... High respect for the people who do this job... Thank you
I don't understand the bad reviews. Our grandmother was there for four weeks for short-term care. The cleanliness was impeccable. The staff is very caring. Nice rooms. Lots of activities for the residents (barbecues, waffle baking, singing). The administration is very friendly and accommodating. We highly recommend the Alloheim.
Unfortunately, we have to give it one star. Our grandpa was there for a few days… never again! The wrong pills, his pocket money, and his vaccination record were unfortunately missing! Personally, I found this home horrible and smelly!
