This was my first visit, and I was highly impressed by the welcoming and professional demeanor of the front desk staff. The lobby was exceptionally clean and modern, with the aquarium providing a particularly pleasant aesthetic. My friend's unit was also impeccably clean. Having known her for years, I was relieved to see her receiving such attentive care. Although she is currently on a ventilator and unable to communicate, her comfortable appearance was reassuring.

The moment I walked through the entrance I felt like home. The warm welcome and assistance from the front desk was refreshing. My interaction with the DON and HR showed that the facility places premium on the quality care for the residents and the well being of staff members. The online application and end to end recruitment process was easy to navigate. The nursing staff were open minded and showed genuine interest in helping a new nurse land on the job
It's only been a week, but so far it's been good. My brother been well kept, any questions has been answered with the knowledge that's needed. The place is beautiful well kept, upscale look upon entering. Getting thru on the phone to different work stations is a problem. But so far all in all they good.
Horrible.. The social worker is unhelpful and never returns anyone’s phone calls. My Dad has been there for 2 months and no one has updated us on his progress or anything. We have to constantly call in hopes of getting an answer. They don’t even respond to emails This is unacceptable! Poor customer service and they are not attentive to the patient’s needs. There are a few nurses that are very nice and I appreciate them but overall I would never bring my Dad back to this facility!
My mom is currently residing there because she needs dialysis three times a week. I went to visit her today, that place is a mess, the curtains in the rooms are disgusted the walls are damaged. She’s hate it there!
