I am a hospice nurse who comes in to Allen Place to care for my patients that live there. All of the staff are very kind and welcoming. I know they truly have care and concern for each person that lives there. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a little more help with their daily needs.

Wonderful, compassionate and caring staff here at the Allen Place. I have volunteered here several times as a guest offering senior Pilates’s classes. The staff are enthusiastic and attentive. The residents are happy and satisfied. Highly recommend to anyone considering Assisted Living.
My mother , who is 89 years old, is a resident at Allen house. She was widowed in 2018 and her only wish was to live in her home till she joined her husband. Unfortunately alzheimers changed that. She had to move to assisted living. I was told that taking her out of her environment she would not be with me much longer. The staff at Allen house assisted me in decorating her room to look like her home making her transition so easy on her. Her memory of her family may be diminished but she is so happy and comfortable. We no longer worry about her safety. Allen house is not just a facility, they are a family.
The Allen Place has done a great job taking care of our Mother. She now has better food and more social engagement but most importantly is several sets of qualified eyes keeping an eye on her medical conditions. My brothers and I are very happy she is at Allen Place.
Our parents are residents at Allen Place. They adjusted very quickly and are very content there. The staff is always kind and attentive to them. They have stepped up to help us out a few times with special requests! There are several activities that they can participate in and walk for miles safely in the long and wide halls.
