We took a significant step in securing a supportive living environment for Carole by finding Allegro. The community is a great fit for Carole's needs, provides her with a safe and social space and promotes independence while ensuring that she has access to necessary assistance when needed. The staff members are consistently warm, compassionate, attentive and provide personalized care and encouragement to Carole. The quality of the amenities and facilities are excellent, the meals are nutritious, and there are a variety of daily activities and social events that keep her engaged and active. The common areas and rooms are spacious, comfortable and maintained to a high standard of cleanliness. These include dining services, social and exercise activities, living spaces, outdoor areas and rehabilitation services. The community is equipped with modern safety and security features that include staff availability, emergency call systems, safety inspections, and secure entrances and exits that create a safe environment. We moved my mom into her Senior Living apartment which was so well laid out and had a beautiful view. The sales process was very easy and mom loved living there. She made new friends and truly enjoyed chatting with the staff. The staff is phenomenal, so accommodating and go above and beyond their job titles to ensure that mom was happy. They treated me very well every time I visited and never hesitated to ensure I was well cared for as well. It definitely felt like mom was living in a 5 star luxury vacation destination. If you are looking for an exceptional Senior Living Community, look no further. Allegro has everything you need and more.
Love this place! Amazing staff and sales team. Made the process of transitioning my dad @88 seamless. They are attentive and kind.....my dad never wants to leave!
I came in to get a tour today and had a really unpleasant experience. I was rushed through the tour and didn’t receive very much information about the community or even a brochure to walk away with. It was the quickest tour of a community I’ve ever had in my life (about five minutes). The marketing director was extremely stoic and explained that they were busy planning for an event. Currently I wouldn’t be able to refer my parents or anyone here until the customer service is improved. I’m excited to come back in the future and receive a proper tour so I can learn about all the services that are offered.
Angela has been incredibly attentive, helpful and always responsive to make sure everything is being done to ensure that safety and comfort are assured at Allegro. She's an amazing asset to the company.
