My family has been so happy with my mother's choice to move into All Seasons West Bloomfield. She has been there almost two years now and couldn't be more pleased. The apartments are comfortable and well-maintained, and any issues are resolved promptly. The meals are varied and delicious. Most of all, the staff members are truly incredible. They know the residents well and go above and beyond to assist them and communicate regularly with family members. Samantha in housekeeping, Hope in Dining, and Bree in the Main Office deserve special praise - we're so grateful for all they do for our mother. THANK YOU!!
All Seasons Independent Living is a Great place to live. Hope and Molly are Great! They ensure all residents are entertained and they take time to listen to all the residents. The building decor is Beautiful and there are always fun activities planned.
The facility itself is very nice with food that’s decent, but there are so few activities during the day. It’s shocking. If a person doesn’t play cards, they have nothing to do. Where are the lectures? Where are the art activities? There is nothing to do except go to a movie at night or play cards. Very disappointing social life, considering it’s so critical for people to stay motivated and engaged. Get a social director and make that happen.
