I’ve had the pleasure of working at this nursing home for some time now, and I can confidently say that since Aliya took over on March 1st, the positive changes have been incredible. The staff is dedicated, compassionate, and truly focused on providing the best care possible for our residents. We’ve seen improvements in the quality of care, communication, and overall atmosphere. I’m proud to be a part of this amazing team. I highly recommend this facility for anyone seeking a warm, caring environment for their loved ones.

This facility is consistently understaffed or unstaffed at times. I have been there for slightly over a month and on 3 separate occasions there has not been a nurse on the floor for up to 5 hours after. Supposed shift change. The food is incredibly subpar and meals are served late and cold and often in styrofoam containers. They are so cheap, they don’t even have simple salt and pepper packets. Juices are watered down and the coffee is weak any tea like in color. It’s as if they are cutting corners wherever possible and counting on the majority of their seniors with dementia or illnesses to not complain. I am an educated, very alert, and self advocating 52 year old male patient, that will not sit idly by and not be offered the proper medical care, dietary needs, and respect of the staff, especially the upper level management. Also the single elevator in the building is not even large enough to accommodate a single wheelchair. The cleanliness level is repulsive as well I often see ants and even a small mouse in the bathroom. This place is overdue a state inspection. I have made a call out to the local ombudsman
I am currently fighting to remove my grandmother from this place. Most of the nurses are RUDE & barely speak English. The place is not CLEAN AT ALL. THE WAY THEY CHANGE THE PATIENTS NEEDS TO BE REEVALUATED ASAP. I AM WRITING THIS POST BECAUSE WHOEVER OWNS THIS PLACE NEEDS TO VISIT IT ASAP & ASK WOULD YOY LEAVE YOUR PARENT IN SUCH A PLACE. THE DIRECTOR OF NURSING NEEDS TO BE LOOKED AT ALSO BECAUSE NOBODY CALLS THE DOCTORS OR FAMILY. MY GRANDMOTHER HAS FAMILY & A DAMN LAWYER & I WILL SEE TO IT THAT THIS PLACE IS INVESTIGATED & THE PEOPLE WHI DONT DO THEIR JOBS ARE LET GO. IM PUSHING THIS BECAUSE WHO OWNS THIS PLACE‼️‼️‼️
After a tour of the facility, I was impress with the care and attentiveness from the nurses other workers of the facility. They truely care for all of their patients. I had such a pleasant tour from Nicole Escamilla, I can say would place my mother's care to them.
This facility is awesome! The staff here are caring and hard working.
