The staff is always super helpful. The physical therapists are awesome with the patients. Andrew, especially, took the time to share not only the exercises, but the whys of how things work, why it's important to keep up with mobility. Then the evening staff is always helpful. Marco, when dinner was being served, made sure that the patients had what they needed, helped them get comfortable for dinner, made sure my loved one had her ice B4 I left. Employees are all friendly, positive attitude, respectful. Once I walked inside the employee greeted me with a very friendly smile and walked me through the registration process then guided me to the correct direction to the facility. Nurses are all very helpful and respectful as well and with a positive attitude. Facility is extremely clean family friendly. Thank you to everyone that works there, makes me feel comfortable and at ease to have my mother there in your hands. Staff is all very patient , and know there job.
Kind and compassionate staff. The staff are Happy to serve the patients. I inspected my grandma for bruises: NONE. That is a good sign. I checked her nails for signs of neglect: NONE. Not only the nails trimmed, but they were filed too!
As an employee at Alhambra Healthcare and Wellness Centre, I frequently hear positive feedback from the families we serve. My husband has been here as a long term resident for almost a year. Lately there were a quite few administrative staff changes. Most of staff from top to CNAs are very responsive & friendly, but the weekend service is uneven, it could be improved by staffing with more experienced staff or admin.
