Our mother has been in this nursing home for over a year now. Generally speaking, it's not bad, but we do have a few minor complaints, and when we bring them up, the director has the right answer for everything. He's always right. VERY often, the first floor smells strongly of urine. When you visit, it's very unpleasant. The staff's time management for the elderly patients is severely limited, certainly like almost everywhere, unfortunately. But why do four or five staff members have to go out smoking, leaving the ward almost unattended? Nothing against smokers, but the people in need of care should come first, not the next cigarette in the group. We'll continue to monitor it... Events are often held at the home, which is great, and the people in need of care enjoy them. The staff puts a lot of effort into it, thank you for that. We wish everyone a Merry Christmas.

I saw my mother-in-law enter this facility (unfortunately it was the only place available at the time). The care is a complete disaster. Even though the problem of time management in nursing is well known, there was so little care and motivation from the staff in this home that we advise anyone not to place their relative there! As relatives, we seemed to be exclusively disruptive and there was a lack of empathy from the sisters who looked after her during my mother-in-law's dying process. Any attempts by us, even the management, to do something about it have come to nothing. Stay away from this facility!
My mother has been living in assisted living since October and is thriving. She has found a connection, there is a highlight every week. She does sports, goes to the house cinema, plays cards and enjoys lunch in the restaurant, which is cooked on site. All the staff we have dealt with so far are absolutely top notch. Friendly, with heart and soul, not at a loss for a word. Oktoberfest, Christmas markets and celebrations, music, choir performances, clothing sales, she is never bored. Her apartment is beautiful, we were able to bring almost everything from the old apartment, she is home. It couldn't be better. A big thank you! The two sisters ;-)
Based on my own experience, I advise everyone against this facility, whether as a resident or employee. This is primarily due to the completely incompetent and unscrupulous manager of the house, Ms. Gabriele Geidel. Not only are you deliberately lied to even though you are a customer of the hotel, but the heartless treatment of the residents and employees is also very questionable.
A great employer and a fantastic house. A piece of green idyll in the big city. Doing what I've wanted to do for 14 years! 5 stars
