For more than a year, my father has felt very comfortable and in good hands in assisted living. The employees of the home's outpatient care service are very committed and helpful and are a great support for both my father and me as a relative. The organized excursions are worth highlighting. The assisted living is a beautiful facility, the outpatient care staff, under the excellent management of Ms. F., always strive to ensure that all residents are well and that they don't lack anything.
Our father has been living in the beautiful Alexa facility in Dresden Klotzsche since 2017 - first in assisted living and for 5 months in the care sector. We feel the need to express our great satisfaction with the staff and the loving treatment of the residents - at all times. Many thanks to all the diligent and hard-working employees there, from the nurses to the cook!
Lots of staff generally friendly. The new interim boss, Ms. Matth, is completely unsuitable for dealing with old people. In my opinion, you should probably do the appropriate training first for this position. The company does not respond to inquiries from the old owners. You actually have to hire a lawyer to enforce agreed points in the rental agreement. (This is about the assisted living that is attached to the seniors' residence, but no one feels responsible...)
My father complains about everything and everyone (except the three new nurses from the West), but of course that doesn't mean anything...
