I am real happy living at Alderwood Court. I feel safe and well cared for by the management Barbara, Trisha the office worker. And Alem the maintenance man stays on top of work orders in a timely manner. They all have lovely personalities. I also enjoy the residents and the many activities we have. I especially like the coffee and snacks with my neighbors each morning.

I’ve lived here only 10 months and I’m very impressed with management. They are kind, responsive and are excellent at communicating. Every day this place exudes cleanliness and safety. And a BIG SHOUTOUT to management- Barbara, Alem & Trish as to how well they handled the recent snow storms: the sidewalks and parking lots were cleared and spread with de-icer daily and a notice was posted at exits to ask residents to take extra care when headed outside.
The entire staff are helpful. The apartments are nice and peaceful, they take good care of the property. The courtyard is a common area is well maintained.
My husband and I have lived in Alderwood Court Senior Apartments in Lynnwood since April of 2023. The buildings' Manager, Barbara, and Maintenance Engineer, Alem, are a superior team–the BEST! They are both exceptionally kind, caring, efficient, and professional, and each is invested in making ACSA a safe, sound, and enjoyable place in which to live. We and our neighbors feel extremely fortunate to have Barbara and Alem at the ACSA helm!
Alderwood Court is a great place and location where rhe community staff and team pay attention to every need of rhe residents.
