What a beautiful community.. I loved it .. Marta was absolutely amazing She was very informative and helpful . Can’t wait to finish the sale of my home to move in .

Alison was very helpful. She took time to discover our needs and showed us apartments that might be a fit for us. She showed us around the shared areas where activities take place, gave us a calendar of activities & a copy of their newspaper for residents. Since there wasn’t an appropriate apartment on the first floor, she put us on a wait list. In general the tour was very pleasant and informative.
I am very disappointed with the 62+ apartment complex that I moved into six months ago. The advertisement promised an active senior community with a variety of activities to suit different interests and abilities. However, the reality is far from that. The activities are catered to the older residents and not for those of us who were expecting a more vibrant community. Moreover, with the exception of the leasing agent the onsite management is very rude and dismissive of the tenants. Any time I have had to speak with them they treat me as though I am a bother and interrupting them. Never once have they addressed me by my name despite the fact that I have brought it to their attention several times. They act as if they know better than us what we need and want. There has never once been a "town hall" type of meeting where they could listen to us. I feel like I wasted my money and time on this place. I do not recommend it to anyone who is looking for a fulfilling and respectful living environment. Don't be mislead by the beautiful property because THAT is all Alders Creek Crossing has going for it.
