My mother was a resident at Alden Pointe for almost 4 years. The staff and administrators are amazing. We felt safe with her in the facility. As her Alzheimer’s progressed, Her level of attention and care increased. They keep all of their residence engaged daily with activities and socials and treat them like they’re own family. Their food service is wonderful and they serve great nutritious meals. This was the best decision we made for the care of my mother while she was battling Alzheimer. Barbara

We couldn’t be happier with the loving care given by the community of staff that’s at Alden Pointe. They treat our mom as if she were their own. This love is shown not only by the ones assigned to her personal care, but every single person who works there, no matter what wing they’re on, what job title, they all love on her & make sure she’s involved in the daily activities. They also spoil my husband and usually send him home with some of the leftovers he loves when we eat there ;) We’re definitely blessed to be able to have her there.
This is the best Assisted Living and Memory Care facility in Hattiesburg! If I could give it 10 stars, I would! Everyone from the Director, office Manager, activities director, all the nurses and the resident assistants and the best cooks in the world work at this facility. My mother has been treated with such love and kindness. She lives in the Memory Care unit. She just turned 87 last September. I just can’t say enough good things about this facility. If you want your loved ones to get the care and love they need, this is the place!!
This is the best senior care facility in the world ! I’ve personally witnessed the director staying with a patient on her off time for free , for several nights because they needed someone . She slept on the floor in their room !!! 5 out of 5 stars no doubt !!!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Comfort the feeble minded is what our Lord and Savior said to do..The only way that this can happen is to hire patient and compassionate “ caregivers”
