I can only say that when I was trying to reach nursing staff to get information about a resident, the operator transfers me, and it just rings and rings and rings. This happened twice on 5/25/25, the first time it rang for 11 minutes (see picture). No one ever picked up. If this is their response to phones, I only suspect their response to a resident's requests must be subpar.

I do not recommend them in this rehabilitation center. The administration is the worst. They don't care about the residents. This place is worth crying about, the residents are poorly cared for, I'm telling you from someone with experience, the electric beds are deflated, the residents are made of toilets. It's not fair that they are making money to have them like this. You go through the hallways and see the sick in bad condition. This place was much better and more attention when Mary, Ruben, etc. were there, they had more love for the residents, the nurses on their side. Now with these coordinators there is nothing to do with it. I actually don't give even one star for this place.
I will try to make this review as short as I can however I have so many nice things to say about this facility and the staff that it will be hard! My sister has been here for 2 1/2 weeks now and she is getting the BEST care possible after a stroke. I live a block away so I am always stopping in at all hours. We also have a private Care Giver coming 3 afternoons a week. The point here is that it never matters which shift of employees are on, they are amazing. They care, they do their absolute best, and they keep me informed about EVERYTHING. Some staff have been there for years and years. Mary, Melissa, Sara, Reuben, Ally and many more are just the BEST! The communication with staff and ourselves is FANTASTIC! It doesn't look like the Ritz Carlton aesthetically, but Alden recently acquired the facility and plans to make improvements along the way. I care less about that than how my sister is being cared for and they deserve 5 Stars for this!
This place is a run down dumping ground for unsuspecting patients. Was brought here directly from hospital after seriously major surgery and had no idea. The food is cold and weird, served when they feel like it. I arrived with my prescriptions and orders, but it took 2 days, TWO, before I got meds. The awful pain I was in was exasperated by the torturous electric bed that did not work! Are you kidding me? When I get out I will work to condemn this place. As for reviews with higher stars, be warned that they MUST have been done by the owners. Or by people used to living on the street. Stay away!
Think twice before you agree, and be sure you know all the rules and regulations prior to agreeing. The nursing staff and CNA's were all kind and courteous but I am not well informed as to the type of care they are to provide at all. So for the less than 24 hours here thus far, we received the initial vital check, bed with railings wrapped in pool noodles and duct tape on one side and no water, Kleenex, nothing unless requested. Again, not knowing what to expect because we've been discharged straight from the hospital here. Dinner brought in by 6pm was polish sausage in a bun, baked beans, and cold fries on Styrofoam plates and plastic cutlery. Ok all the food was barely luke warm but inedible. So many scenes which horror movies ran through my eyes at each turn I see. I only pray the administration learn the true meaning of "Compassionate Care". I pray that they are not the elderly patients who does not speak their language and cannot move be placed into a place like this. Please research the places well and ask many questions!!!
