Unexpected surgery meant I had to use some of the newer amenities at Alate. Staff helped arrange assistance in my apartment. When out of town family members came, I reserved the guest suite. My family appreciated the spacious and comfortable accommodations that let them be close to me but let them have privacy as well. The staff also made sure my family was made to feel welcome.

We moved to Alate after RVing full time for four years. The Alate staff made it easy to select the Alate Old Town as our new home. The very close proximity to the Metro Station, Washington DC, and Reagan Airport were the amenities to close the deal. After moving into our apartment, the attentiveness of the Alate Old Town Staff and luxury of the property makes us feel even more at home. I am so glad and blessed that we found this senior living location.
TOURED THIS COMMUNITY BACK IN November 2024 and work with Mr. Jamar he made sure to stay in contact with me as if I already lived there he never cared how many times I showed up to look at the same floor plan. So knowledgable of the community and is such a delight to work with. When it was time for me to move in back in January 2025 he .ade sure me and my son and grandkids where we'll taking care off even though he was super busy. The alate is a great place and glad I chose it tha ks to Jamar
I just moved into Alate and what a great experience. The staff I have met so far of Jamar, John, and Jose, all have helped to make the transition into this incredible place very smooth. I look forward to enjoying the many amenities.
Alate is a beautiful community with wonderful amenities for seniors! The location in Old Town Alexandria is also great! We love the management staffing and feel very safe in the community!
