This is my first time visiting and it is under New Management. I did get to meet some of the staff which I thought was wonderful that they recognize each individual resident by name. They were very kind , friendly and courteous. I hope they continue to serve the residents well and maintain the level of care that families chose for our loved ones prior to this company purchasing this facility.

You have someone in the front desk that needs to try to smile and be pleasant. Maybe not even a bad idea to know the buildings so she can give directions as to how to get to Residents units. I had to ask three people to not only get into the unit, but needed help getting back to the elevator. Even the front desk attendant admitted that it was very confusing. It is obviously a problem, and needs to be addressed.
This rating is totally about Raul who is the most phenomenal worker I have met in quite some time. Always attentive, kind, polite, hardest, working person I know I would give him 10 stars if I could
Alamar has such a nice feel to it - the physical changes are brightening the place up and it seems that everyone really likes working there!
Moved my parent into memory care about 6 weeks ago. It was a pleasure working with Rosie to get everything prepared. The facility is immaculate and the staff are friendly and helpful. The apartment is very spacious with a great accessibility bathroom. My parent is being cared for and treated with dignity and respect. Communication has been good. I hope this continues to be a great experience for everyone. When we have been here longer I will submit updated review. I am hoping it can be as god as this one.
