Starting with Sarah meeting me to and helped to find the plans and I actually saved a little money. In talking with her, she recommended Shannon, who then did an intake with me, came back to finalize paperwork so I could get more help around the house. I picked community care plan, they came and did their assessment and I now get help 2 hours a day 4 days a week from helping Hands. I cannot thank you enough for all you do. I have nothing but good to say about all of the people involved.

Yesterday I had been invited to join Tammy Baldwin for a round table on saving Medicaid and decided to bring my disabled son, Andy. The group home brought him over on their van and we met him. After the meeting on Medicaid we went to the coffee shop at ADRC for a great cup of coffee and a tasty lunch when we realized to our horror that the group home had forgotten to send Andy’s puréed lunch. I explained to the young man behind the counter what had happened. He puréed Andy a sandwich and cut into tiny pieces some grapes and pickles. Andy was in heaven as he enjoyed his puréed lunch. We are forever grateful and will make a definite stop at the ADRC coffee shop whenever we come to Green Bay. Thank you for your kindness!
The ADRC center in Green Bay has a hearing loop installed in the meeting room to make hearing easier for hearing aid users as well as people who simply want to hear clearer. Clear signage too. ¡Kudos!
Wonderful resource for Brown County people. I go to Handworks 2x per month. It's reasonable. Participants pay $2 a session. And best part - Common Ground...restaurant! GREAT food. Services are provided by the handi-capable people in the region. Lots of smiles served here too.
They provide great community outreach programs and resources for everyone!
