We were so fortunate to find Affordable Board and Care for our 89 year old mother who was suffering from dementia and heart failure. The home is beautiful and immaculately clean. The staff are compassionate and caring. The rooms are bright and the atmosphere is calm and serene. Vilbert is such a kind man and helped us navigate hospice and kept us informed throughout. Vilbert and team are absolutely the best. They have cared for our 88 year old mother with such kindness and compassion. The facility is expertly run on every level. Immaculately clean and bright, the place exudes professionalism and care. Both owners are certified nurses. They have been a godsend.

Vilbert is both an excellent caregiver and communicator. He is compassionate and kind, and has strong medical knowledge as well as emotional intelligence. Our mother was taken care of well by Vilbert and staff.
The hardest decision I’ve ever had to make in my life was to put my husband of 35 years into hospice care after a stroke for his final days. I was afraid to walk through the front door, not knowing what to expect. I walked in and it was so clean and lovely and warm vibes surrounded me. Vilbert is an amazing human being with so much compassion along with his whole staff. I spent a few days there before my husband passed and saw how each patient was treated with care and compassion and differently according to their condition. It’s a tough decision, but rest assured your loved one will be safe and well cared for here.
