First off, this may not be the shortest review, but I want to make sure I express just how impressed I am with this property and my overall experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this community — it’s truly a gem. The townhomes with attached garages are absolutely stunning — both spacious and beautifully designed. As someone who has only lived in apartments, I was immediately drawn to the combination of comfort and convenience this community offers. The amenities, like the pool and the playground, really enhance the sense of home and are perfect for residents of all ages. I also love that there's 24/7 maintenance available, which offers the same peace of mind as apartment living. Beyond the aesthetic and practical features, what truly sets this community apart is the amazing team. Paige and Cathleen are without a doubt the best leasing professionals I’ve ever worked with. Paige was phenomenal from start to finish — she helped me select the perfect home, guided me through the application process, answered every question with patience, and was kind enough to let me tour the home as often as I needed. Cathleen has also been incredibly supportive in more ways than she knows. She’s always solution-oriented and truly goes above and beyond to help. I trust both of them completely and would recommend this property to anyone moving to the area. I honestly cannot wait to move into my new home and become a part of this wonderful community!

We will be relocating to NC from out of state April 1st. Cathleen and Paige have gone above and beyond as we were indecisive on which one we wanted. They made moving from out of state so easy. Not only are they super helpful but very attentive to our questions with a positive attitude.
I recently scheduled a visit to tour Affinity at Wendell. They responded quickly and was flexible on their tour times. I ended up needing to move my time up and Paige was amazing at accommodating my schedule change. When I arrived she was very welcoming inquired about what my needs were. From there she showed me the options they had available as well as the beautiful property. Saving the best for last, she showed me the 3BR which I fell so much in love with I asked how I could just buy it. A few features that stood out to me was the extra storage room off the kitchen, perfect for the kitchen toy hoarder. All of the bedrooms had walk-in closets and wide hallways. Paige was patient, and allowed me to view the property without “selling” me. When she saw that I really loved the property then she opened up about all the amazing community programs and events coming up - from onsite farmers markets to movie nights in the “park”. The community that they are building there made me want to rent just for that. It’s a family friendly place and a beautiful community, a great place to call home and Paige an amazing resource!
I’ve absolutely loved my experience at Affinity at Wendell! As someone who has lived in multiple communities in multiple states, Affinity at Wendell truly stands out! The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and has such a welcoming atmosphere. A huge shoutout to the office managers, Paige and Cathleen – they are truly amazing. They always go above and beyond. When we moved in we were given a welcome gift that included a water bowl, bandana, leash, and treats for our dog. They have also done a fantastic job organizing fun and thoughtful community events that bring everyone together such as a Christmas photo shoot. It’s clear they genuinely care, and it makes all the difference. I highly recommend living here!
Since moving to Affinity at Wendell I have felt safe and comfortable. The staff here are responsive and dependable. They put a lot of thought into their residents.
