The manager is an Indian and most of the nurses and staff are Indian too. So, they tend to favour them and save them... One of friend got terminated from her work recently why because she is new and don't know much about the job. She forgot to write an incidents on report but she did informed the nurse uncharged as her shift finished. But now the manager and the nurse denied they are being informed. So, is it really age care or Family business, so please the higher authority please do review of your manager. By the it is not the manager that make your age care reputation higher it is the staff that work day and night... Thanking you...

The staff are very lovely and helpful. But i feel to leave a covid NEGATIVE person in the same room with a covid POSITIVE person for a week should not be allowed
The new facility manager is driving this place down a hole. Never seen so many staff wanting to quit.. It was doing great.
Excellent accomodation and incredible caring helpful staff a wonderful place to live at
