I recently spent 13 days at Advanced Health Care of Landerhaven. Luckily I was in fairly good shape when I entered the facility which is why I managed to get out so quickly. I was welcomed by Ivy the evening I arrived and she was a dear. She was so friendly and helpful. Not only was Ivy friendly and helpful, all of the staff was. They always called me by name and expressed interest in how I was doing. My progress appeared to be spread throughout the staff because if I mentioned to anyone that I was hoping to go home soon, they would always say they had heard that. They appear to feel a vested interest in getting the residents prepared to return home. The physical and occupational therapists were very helpful in getting me to the point where I could use the bathroom and walk around the building on my own after less than a week. The food was pretty good. Better than what I had been getting at the hospital I had been in prior to this.

My Mother has been in this facility for 5 years and are very pleased with the nurse aid Tracy. She is very professional and practices expert care and compassion which is also apparent with all the other patients in the facility. Everyone is helpful, and staff is quick to make things easier…Hard to find this type of care!
I have been working with the team at Advanced Healthcare of Landerhaven for about a year now. I have personally referred our residents to their facility for rehabilitation quite a few times and without exception the care they received was top notch. If you tour the community, you will find very warm accommodations with very modern lighting and furnishings. Did I say that the associates who work there are fabulous? From the management team to the care givers, you will be treated like family. I highly recommend you consider this place for rehabilitation services if the need arises. Working directly with Kaitlin the administrator and Jenna, the Sales Coordinator has been great!
My Father was there and he loved the place he ended up back in the hospital and begged to get back there, that's how much he loved it there, they treated him like family and gave him wonderful care, the staff was wonderful and I can't say enough good things about them. Sadly my father passed away in the hospital but the staff at Landerhaven called us and told us how sorry they were to hear the bad news. I know my father would want me to write this and let everyone know what a caring place this is. They get a ten star from me. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Tracy McNeal has been talking care of my mother for over 2 years. She treats my mother like her own with such love and compassion. There is absolutely no one better. My whole family has fallen in love with Tracy. She’s an angel from heaven.
