I had my reservations on my mom going here due to stories I had heard. My mom was here for 5 weeks and I have nothing but good to say about this facility (minus the food) . The nurses were so helpful and caring- the physical therapy department was outstanding, the nursing assistants were compassionate. I know every where is short staffed right now, but I would recommend Adrian bay in a heart beat- My mom is in assisted living now- but misses the care she had at Adrian Bay.

My uncle was there and he died and they never contacted the family. My cousin went in to decorate his room for the holidays and found out from his roommate that he died. They need to be shut down. I would never want someone else to go through the pain and suffering that we had to go through.
I am familiar with alot of the nursing assistants and nurses that work here, I have seen 1st hand the care and compassion they show for their residents daily. I think many people are lucky to have caregivers that are actually giving good care and are not just there for a paycheck. Being a caregiver is a thankless profession but I THANK YOU ALL FOR PUTTING YOUR HEARTS IN YOUR WORK. Years ago I remember the residents greeting us during trick or treating, their smiles and costumes were so nice 💗. This facility cares, more than most.
Anytime I visit Adrian bay the staff is attentive, hospitable, and respectful! I visit often to see previous patients I’ve taken care of & to make sure they are still doing well. As a healthcare worker myself, I truly appreciate the support, and care displayed throughout the facility. Keep up the good work! 🤩
Absolutely astonished by the care received here. Clean environment along with caring staff. Angel, whom I've delt with quite a bit, is always SO helpful and kind. Makes you feel good knowing there are staff that truly cares.
