I live here and I love living here. The manager is great and the activity director is the sweetest.. Love Bingo day!!! Anyways I'm curious if these are smoke free because I swear when I signed my lease it said no smoking. My neighbor is smoking it up and my apts smells worst than an ashtray. I smell like smoke and don't even smoke anymore. I really need this resolved. GOD BLESS.

The manager is unbelievably rude. She asks you to set up an appointment to apply (which is understandable) then she forgets you are coming and is rude to you about it! Would NEVER rent from her. FYI this is a small town ....word gets around quick! Try hiring someone with compassion!

The management is such a sweetheart. I happened to find them by accident looking for something in Hutchins. After speaking to the leasing agent I was ready to leave Dallas.
