The outside is beautiful, but inside it is not well organized. Poor communication from the organization. Employees are running wild, but there is little to no time for residents. Now it's everywhere, I know that. But my biggest criticism is that many internal processes within this company do not run properly. The team management does nothing with criticism/feedback, everything is waved away. The client council is not there for the client, at least that is how I have experienced it. It also becomes difficult if the team leader attends the client council meetings. Five years of intensive informal care for my sister. This allowed me to experience up close how this organization works in Sassenheim; amateurish.
High-end in how people interact with each other. Homely, atmospheric and sweet. It takes some time to figure out exactly how everything works in the new building, but if everything is in place, it will be a fantastic place to live/work.
So glad my mother recently moved there. Beautiful apartment and really lovely staff ❤️
