We just had my mom in Accolade for hospice. We looked forward to when we saw Monique because she was like a breathe of fresh air. Her sense of humor and ability to make you feel important even though she had lots on her plate was just what we needed. Also, Bailey was so good with my mom while we were there. It was not an easy week and she put us at ease in the way she took care of my mom. Thank you so much for all that you did while we were there and God Bless You!

In November of 2024, my dad, who has Alzheimer’s, was hospitalized with lymphedema in both legs. After release, daily physical therapy was needed to strengthen his legs. Thankfully. Accolade was able to accept him as a temporary resident in their Memory Care unit. Their Admissions Director, Alison, handled all the details expeditiously and personably. Jordan, Memory Care Director, was caring, thoughtful, and thorough before, during, and even after my dad’s stay. The Memory Care staff were all attentive, professional and friendly. I have used numerous superlatives, but that is what our experience was. We will always be appreciative of the care my dad received.
I thought this was a good place, but it's a terrible and unsafe place to be.. The staff is terrible. Not all, but most are. There are a lot of good nurse c!A's house keeping and a special wound nurse the therapy staff are all very good.! and then you got the bad apples that don't do their jobs, the are just there for the money 🤑! No respect! I did this job for 53 years and treated every patient as though they were my family.I give Accolade of Savoy a minus-i
Accolade of Savoy is a truly wonderful place. While they are currently working on improving the aesthetics of the building, what really stands out is the incredible care they provided for my mom. After breaking her hip and needing rehabilitation, the nurses and administrative staff were nothing short of incredible. Not only did my mom recover well, but she also left healthier and happier than ever before. The staff were so easy to work with, always making us feel like family. Their kindness and professionalism made all the difference in her recovery. Although the facility is still undergoing improvements, the people are what truly make Accolade of Savoy remarkable. I give them the highest praise for the amazing work they do!
My sister was recovering from a heart attach and was sent to Accolade in Savoy for help with rehab and actually needed more than just physical therapy. The caring staff was patient and worked with her on her physical needs and her mental needs after dealing with the surgeries she had underwent. She had no appetite but the encouraged her to eat in order to get stronger. They explained things to her and I and have worked with me to prepare for her needs when she is released. This is such a stressful time for us and I can’t tell you how much help Alison, Marina, Stephanie and all the caregivers have been to us. Communication is so important and my experience is that if I ask a question and a staff member doesn’t know the answer they find it for me and my sister. Thank you.
