This organization doesn't care about clients or employees. Clients go without service because their policy is that all staff have to attend company events with no exceptions or use personal time and these events are planned during normal work hours. Their HR manager is very rude. They probably rebranded due to all the bad reviews they were receiving. My loved one was under their care for a year too long. I had to find alternate care as they didn't care. Their CEO seems clueless and is never accessible. I would recommend never entrusting them with any care!!!! If any government agencies and partnering agencies read these reviews do proper vetting. And if the CEO reads it, put your house in order, they have good potential but have atrocious managers and supervisors! Their Meals on Wheels program is probably the only promising department!

Employees are very friendly. They go out of their way to assist. Highly recommended for assistance.
Very organized. Come out to visit member and caregiver once a month. To touch base on members health, up coming member appointments. Nurse Noreen is extremely knowledgeable and well educated in this field. Noreen has past nurse experience helps with over view of member. Cut to the chase straight forward no BS very strong direct personality. Knows what she is talking about doesn’t second guess info, on point. Not a chit chatter very strong leader to the team. Well respected.
Meal program was consistent -and trust worthy until the person on your route is out. Trapping seniors into waiting at home or having to go without. For a company that is supposed to also be checking on a seniors welfare ethics are questionable. MEAL PREP IS NOT conducive to a well balance diet lots of pasta. After initial meeting no follow thru and pricing is not clear on other services until a month after services start - be wary. Caregiver support section is sadly lacking and definitely not what it was.
Absolutely incredible organization made up of remarkably selfless people who offer the knowledge, assistance, and services most people don't realize they need them until they need them. THANK YOU to everyone who has helped my family, and continues to provide a critical support we so desperately need.
