This review is in regard to picking up shifts as a CNA. I arrived at 3:05 for a 3-11pm shift on Sunday July 27th that I picked up on the ShiftMed app. I accepted and confirmed this shift the night before at 6pm. I arrived and the nursing supervisor African American older lady with wig and glasses asked my name I told her my name and she stated I wasn’t on the list. I asked her to sign on the app for documentation that I’m being sent home she refused even though you can clearly see I’m scheduled for a shift on the app. She stated since I’m not on her list she’s not signing I asked her name but she refused to provide. I said “okay thank you and left”. I contacted ShiftMed while in the parking lot. This review Is being written from the parking lot. Just be careful accepting shifts here as there is miscommunication. And I’m waiting on ShiftMed to be sure this doesn’t go unnoticed and against my acceptance rate and that’s it not a violation. Be careful not to waste your time when you accept this shift.

So far 2 staff members, have captured my heart on how they have cared and protected my Mother, and I am grateful to them and the others as well. Also in the near future, if possible I would like to see women and men in separate area, due to the circumstances. Thank you.🙏🏾 😊
Last minute call out , went in the staff are very nice Lee is awesome all the nurses I’ve work with was super nice and helpful I will definitely come back again
I love working at Accela Rehab and Care Center Springfield. The staff and residents are like family. We have a good time learning about each other and sharing laughable stories.
Same thing happened to me...big tall Lady with a wig and glasses , extra long nails and eyelashes was very rude when I came in for my shift, I drove 1 1/2 to this place to be told I wasn't on that damn list of her's...she did not sign me in either so I couldn't even get a 2hour compensation from shiftmed because she lied and said I was not on the schedule... ghetto
