I really felt their genuine care and respect for the residents and also families and friends. The Academy Point at Mystic is absolutely a place to proudly call home.

Corina the director of nurses helped with my moms transition from home to the facilty and frequently checks to see if we need anything. Greatly appreciate the kind staff and great food.
Academy point is an amazing place!! Best views in Mystic everyone is so gracious My parents are coming here when they need it!!
As a vendor/contractor, whenever I show up at this wonderful community, the staff are very polite and kind, the interior as well as exterior is clean and bright and welcoming.
Monthly rent is expensive at $10,000 a month and they charged my mother for her for laundry loads, each time she pressed her call bell, and even for deliveries from the 4th floor dining, despite her living on the 3rd floor. After we found a more suitable facility, they wanted to charge us if her belongings stayed in her apartment for more than a day. During late nights I would walk out and find roaches crawling in the hallways. The place is not as sanitary as it seems and the carpets look muddy. I would not recommend this place if you truly care about your loved ones.
