I learned about Absolut Care from Adult Protective services. I met the owner she was an amazing person. She agreed that my Aunt needed help and said that she would work with her on pricing. We went to see the location and I did not realize that the room showed is not where she put my Aunt. My Aunt was there for 3 months. She never saw a doctor. Her room was the size of a child’s room and she had a roommate that would steel her stuff. She was told to put her stuff away. The closet was not even big enough to stand in let alone put anything in it. It smelled old and just was not what we were shown. I didn’t get a chance to visit my Aunt because there was always a locked down for COVID. My Aunt passed away in February and when I went to get her stuff the same day, it was all packed up and thrown in a back closet. I struggled for a while because I can see that my Aunt had been given substandard care. But the worst thing was , after getting all of her stuff; there were a few things stolen. I was told I must be mistaken , they didn’t know what I was talking about. But it was about $1000 worth of high end perfumes and body care. This has never been solved or rectified. But the owner made sure she called and kept up with me everyday about the money owed to her. Like I said the people were very nice. But the care was not. I’m not sure what happened. But they new the severity of my Aunts many illnesses and the ER doctor told me. She went into cardiac failure brought on by COVID. I have waited to post this because I have not faired well with all that happened. And just wanted to share
