Great Customer Service! I went there for a drink when my wife came to tell me that her shoulder had been dislocated in a fall while skating. The taxi took a long time and then the owner took us with his car to the emergency room in Hilversum despite the busy schedule!! Big Thanks and Congratulations!! What customer service! We hope that they will receive a lot of customers and we will certainly visit them often for a drink and a delicious meal. Kudos!!

Most customer unfriendly restaurant ever. DO NOT go there. Went there today to go SUPing. One child did not want to go paddle boarding and asked if he could sit at a table and order drinks. At first it was, no, sorry, everything is reserved. Suppose someone came after us asks for a table, without a reservation, and then suddenly there is a table. Pure discrimination!!! When I said something about it, it eventually turned out that it's all about money, because yes, we prefer customers who order lunch than someone who "just" orders a coke. They are money wolves! Worthless. Most striking comment: yes, who takes a child who doesn't want to SUP? Uhm.... again? Oh yes, the child was allowed to sit on the jetty for 2 hours in the blazing sun... Go and do that yourself, then you will know what it feels like.
