We called on Sandrine for a specific request. Our request is a flowered football for our dad's funeral. In less than 24 hours we had this magnificent balloon. In addition to her excellent and meticulous work (from taking orders by telephone to dropping them off at the funeral home, forgetting no details) Sandrine was exceptionally kind to us, especially in these trying times.
