My aunt has been living here for over 15 years. Recently I've been spending a lot more time visiting my Aunt. I have found staff to be caring and friendly. They try to be responsive and flexible addressing needs and requests for help. I also notice that there are a few employees that have been there for many years who are very obviously dedicated to the residents and go over and above for people.

We looked at many independent living places for my parents and knew quickly that 3030 Watermark is a special place, a step above the rest. It’s more of a home with staff and residents that like being there. Denise was great with setting us up in the right apartment. Cindy and her team moved my parents in flawlessly and decorated their apartment with their furniture so that it immediately felt like home. The staff and the other residents are just great. My parents are very happy and living a great active life. Our whole family is pleased with 3030 Watermark and spend much time there with my parents.
I have been here since 2012 & a very happy resident & I have no regrets of choosing the Watermark. There are so many things to keep everyone happy. Many activities for all to do. I lived in one of the Cottages for 10 years & then moved to the main building & am very happy. The Watermark is now my home. Have many friends here & also a new family for me here. Once I started to look for a place to live out my life & the other places I looked, were not for me & that’s my main reason for choosing Watermark. I’m happy & love being here.
My mother is a resident at the Watermark and there are not enough words to describe how wonderful it has been. Joan King is a rock star! She cares about all of the residents and she goes above and beyond to make sure things run smoothly. The building, apartments and grounds are immaculate. The dining room & staff are delightful. Carol at the front desk and Joey are exceptional at their jobs. Their sense of humor & interactions with the residents create a lively & fun atmosphere. This is a very special place and we feel blessed that my mother has made this place her home.
I was at the Watermark visiting my friend’s Mom and I was very impressed. I was amazed by the warm greeting I received from Carol, the receptionist when I walked in the door. It was as if we were family! The community is full of hustle and bustle! A vibrant group of residents were in the lobby laughing and sharing their stories from the day. I was blown away by the apartments, they were updated and beautiful! If you haven’t visited yet, make your way over to see it for yourself!
