My mother (91 in December) has been in the Sunshine Suite since 28 September. All the staff here are fantastic and take enormous pride in everything they do. My mother was so well looked after and will be sad to be leaving here as she has been looked after superbly. The food has also been excellent as well as the standard of cleanliness. I wanted to say a massive thank you to my colleagues from Woodland Hall for all the support. The ambience here is always inviting and comfortable for those who cross the threshold of our house. Very proud of our staff which is not only friendly but also highly skilled.
I salute all the carers and offer my deepest gratitude to each and every one of you for the selfless care and unwavering support you provided to my mum during her time at the care home. Your dedication, kindness, and compassion made her difficult days more bearable and brought comfort to both her and our family. Despite the challenges my mum faced, your team went above and beyond to ensure her comfort and well-being. Your patience, gentleness, and attentiveness did not go unnoticed, and we are truly grateful for the love and attention you showered upon her, especially during moments of pain and discomfort. Your commitment to creating a nurturing and supportive environment truly made a difference in her life. Knowing that she was in such caring hands brought us immense peace of mind during a challenging time.
This is the best place to work with lovely people supporting each other and who making sure that our residents have fulfilling lives.
Woodland Hall is a great place. All the staff are amazing. The food that is served is very nice.
