I worked with Brunel Care at Waverley Gardens on a project which enabled tenants to use a telepresence robot to help them connect with Age Uk Volunteers virtually and to encourage them to be more active and exercise. All the staff were very supportive and helpful and we worked well to enable their tenants that needed some company to link with the Age Uk Bristol Volunteers. I found it a very friendly and welcoming environment from all the staff and the tenants.

From the moment my Mum and Dad moved into Waverley four years ago. They have been treated with respect and all the staff could not be kinder. Nothing is too much trouble. I would like to thank all of them from the bottom of my heart.
This is a privately run extra care housing establishment. Run by Brunelcare it is formed of over 60 self contained apartments for individuals with extra care needs but with a degree of independence. Lovely facilities with engaging staff, restaurant and activities provided for residents.
The staff here really care and the events they put on are amazing. They are a bit short of resources as everyone is but they do their very best with what they have & it's definitely not easy!
Marina and i will be moving there next month
