Our parents moved into Villa Ste-Rose almost a year ago. The staff is attentive, caring, smiling and always ready to discuss the evolution of their condition so that we can work as a team to offer them what meets their needs. Respect and dynamism are well-anchored values, the activities offered are varied and the outdoor facilities are welcoming. The meals are balanced and tasty, and finally the limited number of residents means that a family or close atmosphere is quickly created.

Villa Ste-Rose is a beautiful residence on a human scale where both managers and employees are attentive and dedicated. It is reassuring for my family and me to know that our 93 year old eldest has been aging there as happily as possible, appreciated and safe for over 7 years.
Villa Ste-Rose, a pleasant and reassuring living environment for people losing their autonomy. My mother has lived there for over a year now and she feels good and safe there. The staff is dedicated, attentive and concerned about your comfort. The activities are diverse, stimulating and adapted, which allows my mother to participate easily. I particularly appreciate being kept informed on an ongoing basis about my mother's state of health and hearing from management regularly. Congratulations to Alexandre and Jonathan Bélanger for maintaining this living environment and a big thank you to all the Villa staff.
My mother has been staying there since the beginning of September 2024. It was the best choice! She feels safe there, she receives the care she needs and the staff is wonderful. Additionally, for the family, it is a real relief to know that she finally has the care she needs 24/7. Thanks to Villa Ste-Rose!
For almost a year now, my mother has lived in a room on the 2nd floor. The building is recent, well windowed. The place is clean, well maintained, safe (among other things, security device if a resident leaves the residence). The staff is present, welcoming. I happen to come across Jonathan Bélanger, general manager, in the dining room, in the living room; he listens and knows the residents. Every day, several activities are offered. A member of the care staff comes to knock on the door of Mom’s room to invite her to the activity. Mom can get up at whatever time she wants and the staff is flexible to allow her to have lunch at a time that suits her. Lunch and evening meals are announced in all rooms and if mom does not come to the dining room, a caregiver comes to see mom and validate her needs. Snacks are also offered every day in the room. Currently (February 2025), nursing care coordination is provided by an auxiliary nurse. This professional is very available, attentive, she answers our questions; she acts as a bridge with the doctor (present at the residence once a week) and the CLSC nurse. Villa Ste-Rose is a welcoming and appropriate living environment for an elderly person losing their autonomy. In my opinion, Villa Ste-Rose deserves a rating of 4.5/5.
