The reason why you have such bad reviews is your staff. For instance one of your senior staff who is a 'nurse' has no clue about her profession, I wrote all her nursing assignments and exams and she swindled me my payment. I doubt if she has any grasp on the very basic nursing principles

Staff is friendly. They take good care of my mother and keep me informed. My mother seems to be comfortable and content at this home.
Both my parents are in this home, one has been here since june2022 and the other since oct2022... after hearing the horror stories with nursing homes, i was truly nervous, however, i am pleasantly surprised with the level of care my parents are receiving. The staff are very kind, caring, considerate and selfless. Thank you for caring and looking after my parents.
The nursing team is so awesome and very knowledgeable people
This senior home is very dysfunctional. The staff treat seniors with the bare minimum decency. The management is horrible, and Always changing because they are incapable. The military came to help and have the exact same outlook on this senior home, they were very disappointed. And I was WRONGLY fired from this company in the mist of it they threw out my orthopaedic work shoes that helped with my back.
