Villa Gambin is a wonderful LTC home. The staff on the 5th floor are truly amazing and empathetic and helpful in all aspects of care. I feel so grateful for everything the staff has provided me and my mom. Thank you❤️
I honestly don’t know what these others are complaining about. My mom has been here for a month and she is a different person. They are so living and caring and treat the residents like family. This is the most amazing place and the staff are awesome!!!! My mom was so bad at home that all she did was cry and now she is flourishing. She is so happy and always laughing. Thank you to the staff especially ville mare for taking care of my angel.
This Long-Term Care Home is an excellent facility. It is in a good location, properly equipped, very well maintained, and the meals are very good. Moreover, the staff are truly caring, accommodating and helpful, professional and always attentive to the needs of their residents. I highly recommend this LTC Home.
My aunt is currently in palliative care and I have to say that I was saddened to see her suffering in pain. This is NOT supposed to happen. End of life care should be different. My cousins have had to keep asking for pain management increases. They are missing doses and while I was there as a visitor, one of the nurses asked ME to give my aunt her pills when she wakes up. That is intolerable and dangerous. She is writhing in pain when she shouldn't be. As nice as some of the staff are with my family, the doctor was insensitive, with no bedside manner at all.
