The nursing home is very good, except that there are 3 assistants who mistreat the confused patients and the supervisor does nothing. For example: Daiana Acosta mistreated Mr. Lobos and the supervisor found out about it and did nothing, I left for that reason because no one listened to what she was saying, a disaster. And to think that those assistants still work in that place

My mother is hospitalized there. He is 100 years old and receives loving treatment, there is a doctor every day, both they and the nurses and assistants are attentive to everything. They keep track of her weight, what she eats and accompany her at all times. The food, the dedication and all the attention deserves the highest score.
I highlight the human values and the seriousness with which they helped me face a family problem of ultraviolence that persisted for decades, where unfortunately one ends up getting used to it or worse, ends up normalizing it. From the excellent service, meals and cleanliness to the professionalism and human warmth on the part of each and every one of those who make up the VJ team, starting with the empathy and support provided by Vanesa Salerno; I did not hesitate for a second to respect the will of my grandmother who wanted to go from a day center to a residence. She is happy so I am too and I can finally sleep peacefully. I 100% recommend this place because it covers all the needs of the elderly within a healthy, safe and fun environment with the multiple workshops and concerts they offer. They restored Biby's joy and above all: quality of life. THANK YOU ♥️
Excellent residence! Villa Juncal is a place full of love. I am happy and grateful that my mother has the privilege of being there and enjoying her days participating in all the workshops and chatting with her fellow friends.
My father, who was blind, was there for almost two years, and we weren't very happy with the care. He died there, and they didn't give us back all his clothes.
