Nurse Alejandra, a brunette with curly hair, is very unprofessional to say the least! He knows absolutely nothing about nursing. Much to be desired, drink alcohol during work hours. I know this because when I went to visit my great aunt I took a photo of her through the window. They live speaking badly about their colleagues from other shifts instead of working. The place always smells like shit. Those in the kitchen eat whatever you bring to your grandmother. Since I was there there was a woman asking to go to the bathroom and at no time did they take her. Another asked for a glass of water and they never gave it to her. I gave it to her! Shame!

I had a very bad experience with my grandmother at this place! Just 1 week after arriving, they stole money, candy that we brought him from a trip and even medicines!! After a month we decided to change her home and they REFUSED to return the entire month's medications that she had presented to the infirmary. I clarify that my grandmother is totally lucid and realizes things! Imagine what they do with grandparents who are no longer completely connected to reality. It's really a shame, the owner is a super unpleasant man and he treated us badly for leaving. The medications, after TWO WEEKS of insisting a lot, were finally returned used and with many missing blister packs. PS: No, they did not give us any free month. Not everything is money in this life!
Terrible experience. Lies, mistreatment, neglect, full of cockroaches, overwhelmed staff who can't even meet basic needs like hygiene. They only look after each other, and the manager is only interested in money. Humanity lost in oblivion. Sadly, the elderly are in a situation of extreme vulnerability.
Good place.
