My aunt has been at Victoria Place for 16 months. She has received excellent care and the staff have been very friendly and supportive. Evelyn and Theresa always welcome us warmly when we come for a visit and Jim is always happy to help out when anything needs fixing! The nursing and PSW staff are always attentive. Recently, when we planned to join my aunt for lunch, there was some construction being done outside the private dining area and it was difficult for us to hear each other. Jennifer and Caroline quickly set up a table in the lounge area and we were able to enjoy a lovely visit with our aunt over a delicious meal. I’m so grateful for the kindness and care provided at Victoria Place!

Had this opportunity to visit Victoria place for a few occasions and … my experience was absolutely positive! I wish to thank the staff ie; Caroline , Evelyn, Jim(the guy who is always willing to help out) and a very special thank you to Holly for getting us there every time! The smiles on those residents tell us how happy they are indeed! Today for the first time we tried their food and let me tell you how delicious it was. Thank you so much to creating such an amazing and welcoming place.
My mom resided here for one year. This was the most stressful experience our family had. They medically treated my mom without consent (I am here POA for medical and financial). Took blood work once and charged us. Another time gave her the Covid booster when we specifically asked for only the flu shot! Almost every month we had charges on her statement that were never authorized. Staff would say one thing and then do another. Staff were continually trying to cover up their action. I would never place my loved one in this place. What a disappointment. So glad we got her out of there when we did. I could crate a chapter on the mishaps that happed during her stay.
Combining warmth and caring with excellence is what I've experienced at Victoria Place. Mom recently became a resident here and from the beginning the amazing staff have been so welcoming to Mom to help her settle in. Her room is also bright and spacious with a lovely view. The meals are delicious with a great variety. Moms first month had some "blips" as expected, as she adjusted to routine, but her every need medical and social is considered and help is everywhere. Great beginnings and much appreciation to Victoria Place for this next stage of her life!
Having just moved our mom into Victoria Place, I'd like to share our oh so lovely experience. All of the staff are so friendly and genuine and a pleasure to deal with. Special shout out to Caroline Tzeckas. She went way above and beyond for us from start to finish. Very refreshing in these days of trying times. Thank you isn't sufficient, but that's all I've got, so THANK YOU Update: Mom moved to try living solo in Feb. Having a bit of trouble she is returning to Victoria Place Again, Caroline went above and beyond to accommodate and welcome her back with open arms I can't say enough about the kindness and welcoming feeling my mom gets there Salute to all, mostly Caroline, and thank you
